For migraine headaches, the usual dose of Imitrex tablets is 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg. If you get some relief, or if the migraine comes back after being relieved, another dose may be taken 2 hours after the last Imitrex Pills 50 dose. Since Imitrex is used when needed, it does not have a daily dosing schedule.
